Emissions are estimated using the Google TIM methodology. The methodology uses parameters including aircraft-specific fuel burn, GCD (great circle distance) between origin and destination airport, cabin class, and load factors. Emissions take into consideration upstream life-cycle values and are not inclusive of radiative forcing.
